IBM’s Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) is the premier backup and recovery software in the world today. The Riley Group has set up TSM at a number of customer sites throughout the southeast to enable our customers to recover their data safely in case of computer failure.

Using the TSM Extended Edition, which incorporates disaster recovery through offsite storage locations, several of our customers are protected against fire, theft, tornado or hurricane losses also.

IBM Tivoli software group provides products that can back up and restore from both tape and disk. There are also specific Tivoli applications for mail, databases and virtual environments.
